Terms of Service

These terms apply to restaurants and staff using the RestoPay app and restopay.in. By using RestoPay you agree to them.

The service

RestoPay provides table management, ordering, KOTs, billing, printing, insights and table QR alerts. We may improve or change features over time and will try to give notice of significant changes.

Accounts

• The restaurant owner is responsible for who gets staff access and for keeping logins secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of menu prices, taxes and bills issued from your restaurant.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse RestoPay, try to access other restaurants’ data, or interfere with the service. Table QR codes are for guests of your restaurant; we may limit requests to prevent spam.

Your data

Your restaurant’s data belongs to you. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep RestoPay available and reliable, but the service depends on internet connectivity, devices, printers and third-party infrastructure, and is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
